MANUFACTURE
Manufacturing activities is focused on prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, including pre-tensioned ones. Incidental processes include preparation of mortars, reinforcement for monolit construction, welded meshes and frames, components.
MIKS CONSTRUCTION LTD. owns a modern Plant for reinforced concrete element manufacture located on the territory of Kremikovtsi Industrial Zone in Sofia, on a plot of area 53 da. Process equipment meets the stingiest modern requirements. Manufacturing lines for reinforced concrete elements are consistent with leading technological trends in the sector.
Manufacturing process is organized in two main departments located in the indoor section. The first department of area 6800 sq. m. houses production lines for columns, beams, purlins, wall panels, and foundation cups. Pre-tensioning stands for reinforcement are also installed there, allowing manufacture of beams with openings of up to 30-32 m.
The second department of area 2850 sq. m. is equipped for the manufacture of hollow floor panels (Spirola type). The process is performed on pre-tensioning, concreting and treatment lines. There are 4 lines, each of width 1,20 m and length 120 m. includes:
Foundation cups
Rectangular or square cross-section columns; dimensions from 30/30 cm to 100/100 cm; height up to 20-25 m.
Roof beams – non- pre-tensioned or pre-tensions; single-slope with parallel belts or double-sloped with 2T- type cross section; height from 1,15 m to 2,10 m; openings to 30-32 m.
Purlins - of rectangular, trapezoid and T-type cross section; length up to 18 m.
Hollow floor panels (Spirola type) – width 1,20 m.; height: 20, 26.5, 32, and 40 cmм.
Floor beams of T- and L-type cross sections.
Plinth panels; facade panels – three layer with heat insulation or without heat insulation.
Bridge girders acc. to nomenclature – height 75, 95, and 115 cm.
Custom-made reinforced concrete elements.
